María Rostworowski
María Rostworowski Tovar de Diez Canseco (born August 8, 1915) is a Peruvian historian known for her extensive and detailed publications about Peruvian Ancient Cultures and the Inca Empire. She was born in Barranco, Peru. Her father is Polish and her mother is from Puno. She was a student of the Peruvian historian Raúl Porras Barrenechea at the National University of San Marcos.
